We use PLA (Polylactic Acid) which is a bioplastic derived from renewable organic sources such as corn starch or sugar cane. It is non-toxic and environmentally friendly.

3d printing is a unique process created by using many layers of PLA filament. Due to this process, there will be layer lines you will see on ALL 3d printed items, it is part of the process and adds to the unique look of 3d prints. We do our best to make them minimal but you will see them on the prints. Unlike injection molded parts used for mass-production items, you may also see minor imperfections. 3d printing is a mix of art, science, and engineering. We make our products to order and in low runs which is what 3d printing allows us to do. We do not send anything we wouldn't use ourselves, however, please reach out if there is a problem.

Our 3d prints should not be left in extremely hot environments, and are for indoor use only. Do not put them in a dishwasher. If you ever need to clean them use warm water and soap.

Once we receive your order it is put in the production queue, our typical production time is 2-4 business days, however during busy times this could be extended. If you need your items by a certain date please contact us before placing your order.

We completely get it; we change our minds too! While we wish we could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time, many times production begins the same day you order it.

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that we received your order. Once your order is completed, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. We ship via USPS, UPS or FedEX.

At this time we only ship to the United States, we hope to offer international shipping in the future.
